Job summary
AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care on the night shift. You will assess and interpret diagnostic data, create care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality.
Responsibilities include conducting regular assessments, supporting standards of practice, documenting care, and promoting a positive patient experience. Requires an RN license, BLS, and an Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
Qualifications
- RN license and BLS certification required.
- Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting with a team.
- Strong assessment, documentation and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess and interpret diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
- Prioritize follow-up assessments and modify plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and families.
- Uphold infection prevention and medication safety standards.
