Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized care to an adult patient population with respiratory focus.
• Work with interdisciplinary team including nursing, social work, pharmacy, respiratory therapist, hospitalists, and consultants.
• Care for acutely ill patients with ventilator management, trach care, suctioning, wound care, and related needs.
• Provide education to patients and families and transition patients to appropriate level of care; manage 3-4 patient assignments.
