Qualifications

• BSN preferred; commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Current Delaware RN license or eligibility for Delaware RN license.
• 1–2 years med/surg experience preferred; telemetry experience a plus; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on the 5D telemetry inpatient unit.
• Work 36 hours per week, night shift from 7pm to 7am, including weekends/holidays per policy.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support patients and families, maintain safety, and complete accurate documentation.
