Job summary

Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work the night shift in the Transitional Care Unit (TCU). The TCU collaborates with the ED using a split flow model to ensure continuous care for patients while awaiting inpatient beds.

The role requires a BSN or in progress, at least 15 months of RN experience, NJ RN licensure, and BLS certification. Salary range: $49.96–$68.99/hour, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of
• 15 months of RN experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Active NJ RN license required
• National Nursing Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, continuous nursing care to ED patients awaiting inpatient beds
• Bridge emergency and inpatient services in a fast-paced environment
• May float to medical-surgical or rehab units
