Job summary

Penn Medicine Princeton Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Plainsboro, NJ. This is a Per Diem 7:00 pm - 7:00 am shift opportunity.

As a Registered Nurse in the ED, you will treat patients with a range of medical problems, establish an individualized plan of care, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective delivery of services. Active NJ RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Registered Nurse License (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Required)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN - required or at least in pursuit

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in the Emergency Department with a variety of medical conditions, including life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
• Establish an individualized plan of care and communicate it to collaborative partners.
• Coordinate care across shifts and settings, ensuring continuity and patient safety.
