Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant to work the night shift in the Transitional Care Unit. The role supports nurses and participates in the care plan within a split flow model with the ED.

No prior nursing experience is required, and a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. BLS certification is required, with a comprehensive benefits package available. Salaries range from $18.73 to $29.31 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assists nurses in the delivery of nursing care through participation in the nursing process.
• Displays a caring and responsive attitude and represents the Medical Center in a positive manner and conducts all activities respecting patient/customer rights and expectations.
• Makes observations of patient condition and reports and documents information as requested.
• Performs and documents nursing care activities as assigned, consistent with established procedures.
