Position

Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to work the night shift within the Transitional Care Unit (TCU). The TCU is embedded in and adjacent to the Emergency Department (ED) using a new split flow model.

Sign on Bonus

• $5,000 hiring bonus with 1-year commitment with Penn Medicine Princeton Health

Scheduling Requirement

• Three, 7p‑7a shifts a week; weekend rotation is required

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• The TCU TEAM provides high-quality, continuous nursing care to patients who have been admitted but remain in the ED while awaiting an inpatient bed.
• This role ensures safe, efficient, and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment, bridging emergency and inpatient services.
• May float to any med‑surg or rehab unit.

Salary Range
