Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts at Philadelphia campuses. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering family-centered services and respecting cultural and personal values.

The role requires Specialized Diploma in Nursing, strong communication, and collaboration within inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality care. Prior acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Effective communication concepts and teamwork with patients and families.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification or equivalent.
