Job summary

OhioHealth Corporation seeks a registered nurse to provide high-quality nursing care across acute care settings. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care, working within a High Reliability Organization framework to promote safety, quality, and efficiency. Night shift, 36 hours per week in Medical Unit 1.

Required: Ohio RN license, BLS, BSN, and five years’ experience. The role supports 24/7 operations and participates in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• RN license in the State of Ohio.
• BSN degree required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis – Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning – Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation – Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revises care plans as needed.
• Leadership – Participates in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Operations – Performs routine operational tasks within the unit.
