OhioHealth seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shift in its Observation Unit. You will provide comprehensive nursing care across the continuum, assess patients, and coordinate with licensed staff to deliver high-quality care in a 24/7/365 setting.

As part of a High Reliability Organization, you will focus on safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to Ohio Nursing Board standards and BSN-embedded expectations for career growth within this renowned healthcare system.

Formación

BLS - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) required.
RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
Current RN license in the state of Ohio
Current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
BLS certification
BSN required at 5 years of employment
Work Shift: Night
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24
Department Observation Unit 1

Responsabilidades

Assess, diagnose, and document health status for patients.
Plan and implement nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
Evaluate patient responses and revise care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in process improvement to improve clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in job duties as part of a High Reliability Organization.
