Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 9N Surgical Stepdown unit. This full-time night shift (7:00 p.m.

– 7:00 a.m.) offers a 36-hour week with weekend coverage and opportunities for professional growth. You will collaborate with the health care team to plan and implement patient care, educate patients and families, and contribute to a Magnet-designated program renowned for quality and compassion.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Nursing degree required.
• State or Compact TN license required within 60 days of establishing TN address.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates care delivery.
• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Continuously evaluates patient progress and adjusts interventions.
• Promotes a safe and healthy environment and educates patients and families.
