Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit. You will coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and oversee transitions of care within a Magnet Facility.

We value leadership, teamwork, and effective communication. BLS, ACLS at hire, and RN licensure required; BSN preferred and EMR experience encouraged. This full-time role offers night shifts, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associate or diploma nursing program; BSN within five years.
• BSN or MSN preferred and considered for leadership roles.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements with active status.
• ACLS required upon hire date and does not expire within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients and ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Support transitions of care and continuity across the care continuum.
• Demonstrate leadership through preceptor roles and quality improvement activities.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
