Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit. You will coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care on a Magnet Facility team.

This role emphasizes leadership, critical thinking and adaptability across shifts. BSN or MSN preferred; ACLS and BLS required; TN sponsorship may be available; nights 12-hour shifts, full-time with rotation.

Qualifications

• Progressive or intermediate care experience preferred.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• One year RN experience within the last five years preferred.
• Computer skills required; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care across the continuum.
• Educate patients and families and facilitate transitions of care.
• Provide leadership and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
