Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a registered nurse for the Progressive Care Unit. The RN coordinates nursing care, provides patient and family education, and supports transitions of care across the continuum.

You will work with a Magnet Facility team to deliver high-acuity care leveraging leadership, teaching, and quality improvement. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure; ACLS and BLS are required; BSN/MSN preferred and EMR experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associate or diploma nursing program as recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• RN license current by applicable state requirements.
• ACLS/BSN preferred and BLS maintained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care across the continuum and support patient/family education.
• Provide leadership and participate in quality improvement and professional practice activities.
• Deliver care in a Magnet Facility with high-acuity, multidisciplinary teams.
