Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona seeks a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit. The RN coordinates nursing care, delivers direct patient care, and guides patient/family education and transitions of care, supporting a Magnet Facility with strong resources.

Qualifications include a BSN or MSN preferred, active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 90 days of hire, and EMR experience. Flexibility for shifts and weekends is essential to support high-acuity patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• BSN or MSN preferred; 1 year RN experience in last five years preferred.
• Current RN license; BLS; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education.
• Lead planning, implementation, evaluation of care; transitions.
• Mentor staff; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
