Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit. You will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care on a Magnet Facility unit in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

Responsibilities include leading via preceptorship, quality initiatives, and cross-team collaboration. Nursing licensure with BLS is required; ACLS within 90 days. Night shifts, full-time role, TN sponsorship eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or diploma) required.
• Current RN license and BLS; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• One year RN experience within the last five years preferred.
• Computer skills and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, education and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership through roles such as preceptor, committees and quality improvement.
• Mentor, teach and communicate effectively with patients, families and the care team.
• Deliver care on a high-acuity Progressive Care Unit in a Magnet facility.
