Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time night shift (20 hours per week) at LOH Main. You will assess patients, develop and administer plans of care, document care, and evaluate outcomes while promoting a safe, therapeutic milieu.

Requires Illinois RN license and CPR certification; CPI certification within 90 days of hire is desired. Excellent teamwork and adherence to policies are expected to support patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• CPR certification required.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and develop/monitor plan of care.
• Document care and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with admissions and transfers with effective handoffs.
• Supervise and mentor staff and ensure safety in care.
• Participate in program evaluation and policy adherence.
