Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Part Time RN Supervisor for the 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

shift at our West Reading, PA location to support nursing leadership, ensure safe patient care, and foster a collaborative, resident-centered culture. You will assist the Director of Nursing with staffing, care delivery, and compliance; mentor and guide oncoming shifts; participate in staff recruitment and orientation; and help minimize overtime while maintaining service excellence for our patients and residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensure in good standing.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct nursing operations on assigned shift with compliance to policies and regulations.
• Support care delivery model implementation and mentor staff; coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing for 24/7 care and minimize overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and make recommendations for promotions or transfers.
