Genesis Administrative Services LLC seeks a part-time RN Supervisor for the overnight shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) at our Reading, PA facility. The role supports the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes across units.

Responsibilities include leading clinical operations on the assignment shift, mentoring staff, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in staff recruitment and orientation to sustain a skilled, compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on shift.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with other departments to ensure care quality.
• Maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe 24/7 care while minimizing overtime and agency use.
• Assist with staff recruitment, orientation, and personnel decisions.
