Blossom Healthcare Center in the United States seeks a Night RN supervisor with extensive management experience. You will respond to emergencies, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate care plans with families.

Responsibilities include conducting rounds, evaluating care quality, mentoring staff, and implementing new procedures while coordinating with DON/ADON as needed. We offer growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years long-term care experience.
• Minimum 1-year unit manager experience.
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergencies involving the Resident or unit.
• Communicates with families regarding the Resident's plan of care and any changes in the condition.
• Supervises the RN, LPN, and NA trainees during orientation and assigns shifts.
• Completes performance appraisals for RNs and LPNs with shifts team.
• Conducts nursing rounds and reviews quality of care.
• Educates staff and implements new policies and procedures.
• Establishes unit policies and mentors staff, ensuring standards of care.
