Qualifications

• PALS certification within 1 year (AHA).
• RN licensed with IDFPR.
• BLS within 3 months (AHA).
• ACLS within 1 year (AHA).
• Nursing college diploma and bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff by providing support, guidance and problem solving during crises.
• Be accessible to staff and Switchboard throughout shift.
• Assess utilization and reception of float help.
• Contribute to Code Blue Team efforts.
• Communicate significant issues to Nurse Manager and Director.
• Ensure effective deployment of available staff based on patient care needs.
