Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join the nursing team in McHenry, IL. This role focuses on patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of Charge Nurses, with night shift coverage (10p–6:30a) and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, administering medications, and documenting care, while maintaining CPR certification and active RN licensure in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning treatment programs with Charge Nurse and staff as needed.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures.
• Document nursing encounters and communicate information to nursing staff and physicians as required.
