• Assess patients' conditions via observation, rounds, and data from team.
• Coordinate bed and patient care assignments for shift and handoffs.
• Document and report care to physicians and team members as needed.
• Pursue ongoing education through unit-based trainings and courses.
• Provide leadership and supervision to health care team during shift.
