Job Description

Nights Sign‑on Bonus – RNs

$3,000 up to $7,500 with experience

Nights--Internal transfers are not eligible for a sign‑on bonus unless new graduate RN--

CDH Med/Surg Intermediate (3C)

• 26 bed fast paced, high acuity Intermediate Medical Surgical Unit
• Highly engaged staff active in shared governance and committed to multidisciplinary rounds at the bedside

Qualifications

Required:

• 3 Years RN experience
• Licensed RN in the State of Illinois
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Telemetry competency
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Consistently works within the framework of the Illinois Practice Act for Nursing and ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice.
• Ability to assess and determine situations requiring an interpreter and to use interpreter services effectively.

Preferred:

• 2 or more years in pertinent clinical specialty
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, with BSN.
• Cert NRN
• Specialty certification such as CV‑RN, CHFN, CCRN, PCCN, CNML, NE‑BC, etc. required within 2 years
