The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a Part‑Time NOC Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the overnight nursing team and provide direct resident care in a calm, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with policies and quality care standards. Must hold a California RN license and CPR certification, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations for skilled nursing/long‑term care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect resident information.
• Ability to meet physical and job‑related requirements.

Responsibilities

• NOC Shift Leadership: Supervise the nursing team and coordinate resident care overnight.
• Resident Care: Provide compassionate, resident‑centered nursing care and administer medications.
• Compliance, Safety & Quality: Follow policies, ensure HIPAA compliance, and participate in QA activities.
• Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, RNs, physicians, and other departments.
