Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current California RN license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing team and coordinate resident care overnight.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and assignments for RNs/LVNs and CNAs.
• Provide guidance and direction to nursing staff.
• Make informed clinical decisions and respond to changing resident conditions.
• Conduct rounds and monitor residents' status.
• Maintain a calm, respectful environment during the shift.
• Communicate important information to the Director of Nursing and incoming shift.
• Provide resident-centered nursing care and promote safety and quality.
