Job summary

The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable Part-Time NOC Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our overnight nursing team and lead care delivery throughout the night. As the NOC shift leader you will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, monitor conditions, administer medications, document accurately, and maintain a calm, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• NOC shift leadership: supervise the nursing team and coordinate resident care overnight.
• Resident care: assess residents, respond to changes, administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Compliance, safety & quality: follow policies, HIPAA, and infection control procedures; complete required reports.
• Teamwork & communication: collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, RNs, physicians, and other departments; participate in meetings and training.
