Job summary

BEARCREEK in is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise night shift nursing activities in a long-term care setting. The role emphasizes maintaining high quality care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance during the 10pm-6am shift.

The RN will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in policy development with the DON/ADON as needed, maintaining resident safety and care standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local nursing regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during the night shift.
