Rebound Behavioral Health is seeking a RN Supervisor for full-time night shift, 6:45 pm–7:15 am, 3 days a week with rotating weekends and holidays. Base pay is $39-$49 per hour, plus a $10k sign-on bonus.

The RN Supervisor leads nursing operations, ensures adequate staffing, mentors staff, coordinates care with treatment teams, and upholds patient safety and regulatory standards across the facility, while fostering a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualificações

• BSN preferred and RN license active in state where facility is located.
• Experience as RN in psychiatric/recovery settings preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership or charge RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and staffing levels.
• Lead shift on nights; manage admissions and discharges.
• Ensure accurate charting, MARs, and patient records.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and physician orders.
• Promote patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff.
