Job summary

PACS is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the nursing activities during the night shift at Bear Creek facility. The role requires ensuring quality care in line with federal, state, and local guidelines and collaborating with the DON/ADON as applicable.

Essential duties include directing nursing staff, maintaining policies, and participating in quality assurance. A Nursing Degree and CPR certification are required, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over three months.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification. Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
• Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing and stay in good standing with state board.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and discharge planning as needed.
