Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks an RN to deliver individualized nursing care using assessment, planning, and evaluation in collaboration with residents and families.

The RN coordinates care across interdisciplinary teams and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe, compassionate patient care and compliance with state practice standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor‘s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to provide individualized care and coordinate with residents and families.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Maintain competencies and certifications as required by state nursing practice and facility policy.
