Eligible for sign-on up to $20,000 and a full benefits package. Requirements include ADN with RN licensure in Florida, BLS/CPR, and neonatal care experience. Evening/weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN degree is preferred.
• Registered Nurse license on Florida. CPR/BLS and neonatal needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across multiple domains.
• Develop and update individualized care plans and monitor progress.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately.
