Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing
• Associate's degree in nursing required
• BLS CPR certification required
• NRP certification required
• English fluency in reading, speaking, and writing
• Proficient with Windows-based computer applications
• Ability to analyze patient data and adapt care plans

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and update them as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
