The role focuses on comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, education, teamwork, and documentation. BSN preferred; RN license with BLS/ACLS required; pay range is $31.85–$52.76 per hour.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active Florida license.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1+ year acute care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications safely and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate care with the medical team and other departments.
• Maintain timely documentation in the medical record.
