AdventHealth is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time, on-site night shift in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases through the Clinical Ladder Program based on experience and development. Sign-on up to $10,000 and relocation assistance up to $3,000 are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current status.
• Associate degree in Nursing (AS/ADN) required.
• 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and hospital protocol.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff and document in medical records.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond promptly to code situations and participate in performance improvement.
