Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, deliver, and manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting.
• Delegate appropriately in line with job description and competency.
