Job summary

Endeavor Health's Edward Main Hospital in Naperville is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Short Stay/Observation Unit on the night shift. This full-time role (36 hours/week) runs 7:00pm–7:30am with rotating weekends/holidays, and requires an Illinois RN license and CPR certification.

You will provide skilled nursing care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with the care team while adhering to hospital policies and the RN Practice Act. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by AHA or BLS.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing; if Associate Degree is highest, must graduate with a BSN within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and work as part of the care team.
