Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Short Stay/Observation Unit in Naperville. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years’ RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy.
• Assesses patients’ condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and records observations.
• Delegates appropriate tasks to other staff and acts as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
