Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure under NLC.
- Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, reliable resident care.
