Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift at LOH Main- Naperville. The role includes assessing patients, developing and administering care plans, documenting outcomes, and ensuring safe therapeutic milieu.

Collaboration with departments and supervision of staff are part of the duties. Qualifications include a nursing degree, Illinois RN license, CPR, and CPI certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Maintain information as highly confidential.
• Nursing degree or higher required.
• One-year psychiatric experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of abnormal psychology typical of psychiatric populations.
• Familiarity with therapeutic level systems and reward/consequence concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition and develop and administer care plans.
• Document care and evaluate patient outcomes in real time.
• Collaborate with admission/transfers and ensure thorough handoffs.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary planning and department goals.
• Supervise staff as required and participate in program evaluation.
