Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the LOH Main- Naperville unit. This full-time night shift involves providing direct patient care, developing care plans, and documenting outcomes in a fast-paced psychiatric/medical setting.
You will collaborate with the care team, manage patient flow, and participate in ongoing professional development while adhering to confidentiality and safety standards.
Qualifications

- Nursing degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Regularly performs duties of professional nurse including assessing patients, developing and administering plan of care, documenting care and outcomes.
- Collaborates with Resource and Referral to facilitate admissions and transfers; provides thorough hand-off communications.
- Interacts with patients, families, and healthcare providers to collect and analyze data for discharge planning; contributes to interdisciplinary planning.
- Assists in achieving nursing department goals; participates in activities to improve department functions and professional competence.
- Participates in staff orientation and trainings; serves as a resource for students and explains policies and procedures.
- Oversees direct patient care within budgetary constraints and staffing considerations.
