Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the LOH Main- Naperville location. This full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) role involves assessing patients, developing and implementing plans of care, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualified applicants will hold a State of Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and CPI within 90 days of hire; psychiatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year psychiatric experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of managing a therapeutic level system and rewards/consequences

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition, develop and implement care plans, document care and evaluate outcomes.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic milieu and supervise staff.
• Facilitate admissions/transfers with clear handoffs and real-time documentation.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and participate in program evaluation.
• Participate in training and serve as a resource for staff and students.
• Oversee patient care within budgetary constraints and staffing needs.
