Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am in LOH Main.

The role requires a nursing degree and IL RN license, CPR, CPI within 90 days. You will assess patients, plan and administer care, document outcomes, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, quality care.

Qualifications

Must hold a nursing degree and an active Illinois RN license.
Current CPR certification required.
CPI certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' condition, develop and administer plan of care, document care, and evaluate outcomes.
Welcome patients to the unit and maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu; supervise direct care staff.
Coordinate with Resource and Referral to facilitate admissions and transfers; thorough handoffs.
Gather data on the patient's physical, psychosocial, environmental needs and discharge planning.
Contribute to interdisciplinary planning and ensure medical problems are included in the treatment plan.
Assist in achieving nursing department goals and participate in program evaluation.
Participate in staff selection, orientation, and continuing education; mentor students.
Attend in-service trainings; explain policies; engage with community groups on mental health topics.
Supervise direct patient care within budget; manage staffing and supplies.
