Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the LOH Main Naperville unit, full-time, nights 7pm–7:30am. You will assess patients, develop and administer plans of care, document care, and monitor outcomes while maintaining a safe, therapeutic milieu.

Collaborating with Admissions and transfer staff, you will coordinate handoffs, participate in interdisciplinary planning, support staff, and help manage department goals and resources to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop/ administer plan of care.
• Document care and evaluate outcomes.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic milieu and supervise staff as needed.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and handoffs.
• Engage with patients and families for discharge planning.
• Participate in program evaluation and department goals.
