Harris Regional Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its 12-bed Progressive Care/Telemetry unit. The role supports respiratory and cardiac patients with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and requires a NC RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

The position offers a 3x12 night schedule (7p-7a) with weekends/holidays, plus comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, and growth opportunities within Lifepoint Health.

Qualifikationen

• Active North Carolina RN license or compact state RN license is required.
• Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• AHA ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to think critically, make decisive judgments, and work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify care needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care and documentation of medical necessity in the record.
• Develop and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely QI assessments and ensure quality of care.
