Job summary

Harris Regional Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department. The role features a 3x12 hour night schedule (7p-7a) with weekends/holidays included and a $10,000 sign-on for new grads.

You will join a 14-bed ED with a 5:1 patient ratio and be part of a team delivering high-quality emergency care. Qualifications include active NC RN license (compact acceptable), an Associate's degree (BSN preferred), BLS within 30 days and ACLS/PALS within six

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license or compact state license.
• Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
• At least 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify nursing needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient age and condition.
• Document medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
