Mercy Health is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) RN for St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital to deliver high‑quality nursing care on a nights schedule.

The role involves coordinating care between Med-Surg and ICU, assessing patient needs, and applying care plans to improve outcomes. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide safe medication administration, and participate in ongoing quality improvement.

Formación

• 1 year RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Current RN licensure; ACLS/BLS preferred within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Assess patient status and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Serve as the patient care coordination contact across hospital departments.
• Act as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications safely per policy and procedures.
