RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Post Intensive Care Unit III at the New Brunswick campus. The unit comprises 19 beds with bedside monitors and capabilities for step-down ICU/progressive care, caring for ALS, ventilator patients, pneumonia, and alcohol withdrawal.

The role requires an ASN or Nursing Diploma, NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS, strong communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety and apply evidence-based practice; communicate with team and resources.
• Report safety issues and medical errors; know the patient population served.
• Supervise and direct task delegation to the care team and collaborate with providers.
