Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a RN for the Post Intensive Care Unit III at the New Brunswick campus. The unit includes 19 beds with bedside monitors and care for complex respiratory patients.

Requirements include ASN or Nursing Diploma, NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1 year RN experience preferred. Night shift, 36 hours per week, with some weekends and holidays. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma is required.
• BSN preferred or must be completed within 5 years upon hire.
• Telemetry and intermediate care experience and ventilator experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Ensure patient safety and apply evidence-based practice.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members.
