Job summary

Banner North Colorado Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on night shifts. You will assess patients, formulate care plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-acuity care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CCRN and PPCN certifications paid at 100%.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and discharge needs.
• Plan and initiate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the team.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities to ensure safe patient care.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in the patient record.
• Communicate patient status effectively to the health care team and family.
